Miss 'Long Hair' accuses her male colleague of tapping his foot, likening him to the dirty old man. Whether or not the guy did tap his foot isn't the issue.

As friends, they like to irritate the hell of one another. But in doing so, Miss 'Long Hair' attracts the attention of the dirty old man and he takes an interest in her and taps his cane enthusiastically.

Note in the second last frame, the tapping sound becomes louder and louder and like a 'lecherous invisible sword', it advances towards Miss 'Long Hair'

In gaining the unwanted attention, Miss 'Long Hair's plan to embarrass her male colleague backfires. He notices this of course and laughs out loud.

In exasperation, Miss 'Long Hair' stomps the guy's foot and it also serves as a warning to the dirty old man.
