hahahahaha at least this girl has 'tech support'.my stupid co.. only advise from phone and if they can't solve it, they probably take another week to come down... kns...in the end, i learn some of the troubleshooting and now i'm the mini IT consultant in my dept. sob. this is bad. faint.

Whahahahahaha!!!!! I wish my IT guy thought of me like that. Oh wait. When I was younger, skinnier by 15kg and prettier, my previous IT guy DID HIT ON MEEEEEE! WHAHAHAHAHAAH of course I rejected his invitation to lunch... I had boyfriend liao lah :P

Getting to see a cheo bu who knows nuts about computers again and again is definitely one of the perks of being an IT Consultant or Specialist.
I is a IT administrator myself, so can totally understand.But normally I would just say, restart comp, call me if cannot.then the second call will be, shutdown comp for a min, call me if cannot.then third call I will then go.
